Doctolib is seeking a Campus Recruiter intern to join its Talent Acquisition Global team. This role focuses on recruiting students for internships and apprenticeships across various Business Units in France.
The role involves:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for interns and apprentices (CV screening, interviews, application follow-up, offer presentation, candidate relationship management).
- Providing a high-quality candidate experience.
- Conducting end-of-internship/apprenticeship reviews.
- Participating in recruitment events with schools.
- Animating the community of interns and apprentices through internal events.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree (Bac +4 / +5).
- Empathetic with good listening skills.
- Efficient and organized.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Eager to learn and contribute to Doctolib's mission.
