Doctolib is seeking a motivated Stage - Chef de projet Learning & Development (x/f/m) to join their Learning team. The team's mission is to build a company of entrepreneurs with strong human values by investing in their professional and personal development. The successful candidate will work on structuring projects related to Doctolib's ways of working and learning.

Role Involves:

  • Supporting project managers in launching new projects, including innovative training programs.
  • Defining and monitoring change management and communication plans for key communities (managers, ambassadors, content creators).
  • Participating in building the Learning & Development team's training path and monitoring program success.
  • Organizing the preparation of key presentations on team projects and facilitating workshops.
  • Supporting daily team operations to increase the impact of learning initiatives (ticket management, course creation in LMS).
  • Participating in team activities such as team building, organizing team meetings, and attending training and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Ambition to participate in the success of e-health in Europe.
  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in business school, engineering school, or HR.
  • Strong listening and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Proactive leadership on projects and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and enjoy varied tasks.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gsheet, Slides) or Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus.
  • Previous internship experience in project management or consulting is a plus.
