Stage - Salesforce Support Associate (x/f/m) at Doctolib

Doctolib is seeking a CRM Product Support intern to join its Sales tools team in Nantes. The intern will focus on ensuring the effective use of Doctolib's CRM (Salesforce) and adapting the tool to the needs of Doctolib's internal clients. This role involves close collaboration with Tech and Product teams, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to contribute to a large-scale development project.

The role involves:

• Acting as the primary point of contact between business teams and the Product Development team.
• Participating in the prioritization of high-value subjects.
• Filtering the needs of users.

The requirements are:

• Enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent, seeking an end-of-studies or gap year internship.
• Demonstrates an interest in IT and is results-oriented.
• Exhibits autonomy, rigor, and initiative.
• Possesses excellent listening skills.
• Is fluent in French and English; another European language is a plus.
