Job Description
Philo is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the technical aspects of the Advertising Experience. The Product Manager will collaborate with Ad Operations and business teams to gather requirements, determine services and partner integrations for optimizing Philo's transactions in the programmatic ad ecosystem. They will also work with software engineers to design, implement, deploy, and monitor Philo’s SSAI service.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Ad Operations and business teams
- Designing, implementing, and deploying Philo's SSAI service
- Analyzing data to optimize the ad delivery process and user experience
- Driving improvements to the reliability, performance, accuracy, and security of Philo’s ad services
- Designing and driving the implementation of identity solutions for ad targeting and measurement
- Interfacing with external standards bodies (IAB, MRC, etc)
Requirements include:
- 6+ years of product management experience focused on digital advertising in CTV
- Experience building or integrating ad servers, DSPs, or SSPs
- Familiarity with VAST, VMAP, OpenRTB, header bidding, and SSAI using MPEG-DASH or HLS
- Knowledge of ad ecosystem trends and changes
- Experience with large amounts of data and data-based decision making
- Strong communication and organizational skills
