Doctolib is seeking a Sales Representative (x/f/m) to join its commercial team in Brescia, Italy. This role is the primary point of contact for doctors and involves simplifying the lives of healthcare personnel through effective solutions, enhancing healthcare accessibility for everyone. The Sales Representative will manage the entire sales cycle of Doctolib's services for Italian doctors.
  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors to schedule appointments.
  • Meeting: Arranging and conducting meetings with healthcare professionals to introduce Doctolib.
  • Closing: Understanding doctor's needs and presenting offers to bring them on board with Doctolib.
  • Training: Providing support during product installation and training.
  • Active Listening: Gathering feedback to improve team activities and Doctolib's success in Italy.
The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of professional experience in sales, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for sales with a desire for growth.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
