Doctolib is seeking a Commerciale (x/f/m) to join their sales team in Imperia/Savona, Italy. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle of Doctolib's services to Italian doctors. The Commerciale will be the primary point of contact for doctors, working with a team of professionals to simplify healthcare processes and improve access to healthcare through Doctolib's solutions.

The role involves:

  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors in the assigned area to schedule appointments.
  • Meeting: Planning and managing meetings to present Doctolib and its Booking Management System.
  • Closing: Understanding doctor's needs and presenting Doctolib's offer to secure new clients.
  • Training: Providing support and training to doctors during the installation and onboarding process.
  • Active Listening: Gathering feedback from peers and clients to improve sales activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales roles.
  • Experience working towards targets.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to grow in this field.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high energy levels.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
