Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner to join their team in Napoli, Italy. The Field Sales Partner will be the primary point of contact for doctors in their assigned area, promoting Doctolib's solutions to simplify healthcare professionals' lives and improve access to healthcare for everyone. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle of Doctolib services to Italian doctors.

Role involves:

  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors in the assigned area to schedule appointments.
  • Meeting: Planning and managing meetings with healthcare professionals to present Doctolib's Booking Management System.
  • Closing: Understanding the doctor's needs and presenting Doctolib's offer to bring them on board.
  • Training: Providing support during the installation and training phase.
  • Active Listening: Gathering feedback to improve sales team activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales roles.
  • Experience working towards targets.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Driver's license.
