Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner to join their team in Brescia, Italy. In this role, the Field Sales Partner will be the primary point of contact for doctors, promoting Doctolib's solutions to simplify healthcare processes and improve patient access.

The Field Sales Partner will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, closing, and training. Doctolib expects the candidate to have 2-5 years of experience in sales, be goal-oriented, and passionate about sales with a desire for growth.

Role Involves:

  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors to schedule appointments.
  • Meeting: Presenting Doctolib and its Booking Management System.
  • Closing: Gathering needs and presenting offers to onboard doctors.
  • Training: Supporting doctors with product installation and training.
  • Active Listening: Collecting feedback to improve team activities.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales roles.
  • Experience working towards objectives.
  • Passion for sales and desire for growth.
  • Good level of English
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
