Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner to join their team. The Field Sales Partner will be the primary point of contact for doctors, playing a crucial role in simplifying the healthcare experience through Doctolib's solutions and improving access to healthcare. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle of Doctolib's services to Italian doctors.

The role involves:

  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors to schedule appointments through cold calling.
  • Meeting: Planning and managing meetings to present Doctolib and its Booking Management System.
  • Closing: Understanding the doctor's needs and presenting the offer to onboard them to Doctolib.
  • Training: Providing support during the installation and training phase.
  • Active Listening: Collecting feedback and sharing best practices to enhance team activities.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in commercial roles.
  • Experience working towards targets.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication.
  • Good English level
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
