Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner to join their team in Romagna, Italy. In this role, the individual will be the primary point of contact for physicians, promoting Doctolib's solutions to simplify healthcare professionals' lives and improve access to healthcare.

The role involves:

  • Prospecting for new clients through cold calling.
  • Meeting with healthcare professionals to present Doctolib and its Booking Management System.
  • Closing deals and onboarding new clients onto the Doctolib platform.
  • Providing training and support to physicians during the installation and training phase.
  • Gathering feedback from peers and clients to improve sales strategies and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales roles.
  • Experience working towards targets.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to grow in the field.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel.
