This role involves defining and executing a go-to-market strategy, managing a multidisciplinary team, and building strategic partnerships. The Head of Autonomy will report to the Senior Director France.

Role Involves:

• Defining and deploying the go-to-market strategy.
• Analysing market opportunities and building business plans.
• Managing a multidisciplinary team of 8-10 people.
• Supervising the complete client acquisition cycle.
• Building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Solid expertise in the health and social care sector.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial B2B team management.
• Proficiency in digital tools.
• Strategic vision and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage activities using KPIs.
