Doctolib is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Milan. This individual will be the first point of contact for physicians, playing a crucial role in simplifying healthcare professionals' lives and improving access to healthcare through Doctolib's solutions. The Inside Sales Representative will manage the entire sales cycle for Doctolib's services offered to Italian specialist doctors.
  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors to schedule appointments
  • Meeting: Planning and managing online meetings to present Doctolib's Booking Management System
  • Closing: Understanding the doctor's needs and presenting an offer to bring them on board with Doctolib
The Inside Sales Representative will also gather feedback from peers and clients to improve sales team activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

Doctolib is looking for someone with:
  • 1-2 years of remote sales experience and passion for sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Energy, determination, and ambition
  • Teamwork skills with monthly targets
  • Focus on professional growth
  • Technological aptitude and interest in healthcare innovation
Ideally, the candidate will also have experience in the healthcare sector and proficiency in English.
