Doctolib is seeking a Sales Ops & Analytics Senior Associate to join their Sales Operations team. This role is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team, maintaining motivation, and passion. The Sales Ops team consists of over 10 highly motivated individuals who handle organization, strategy, data, process, tooling, and coaching for over 300 sales and consultants. The Sales Ops team reports to the Sales Ops Director, under the direction of the VP Growth and Strategy of France. The Senior Associate will collaborate with Product Marketing, Data, Finance, and Sales teams, as well as top Sales and Marketing FR leadership, to improve sales team performance and increase revenues.Role involves:
  • Collaborating on sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Preparing monthly business overviews for senior leadership.
  • Creating insights from data to support strategic decisions.
  • Developing sales forecasting models.
  • Monitoring KPIs and sales performance.
  • Building sales performance dashboards.
  • Conducting deep-dive analysis on sales metrics.
  • Supporting the implementation of strategic projects.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree from an Engineering or Business school.
  • 3/4 years of experience in an ops/business-analytics or strategic role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data tools (Metabase, Tableau, Gsheet…).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Autonomous with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Native French speaker and fluent in English.
