Doctolib is seeking a motivated and organized intern to join their Prevention team as a Deployment Project Manager. This team is focused on transforming the healthcare system towards more preventative care. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the team's initiatives and campaigns.
Responsibilities of the intern will include:
- Drafting and tracking contracts using provided templates
- Following up on invoicing, including creation and payment tracking
- Coordinating with marketing, medical excellence, and website teams for content creation
- Monitoring campaign performance daily and suggesting improvements
- Preparing client presentations, including briefings and campaign results
- Conducting ad hoc analyses, such as benchmarking and A/B test analysis
Doctolib requires the following qualifications:
- Ideally a graduate from a business or engineering school
- Organized, detail-oriented, and curious
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable with numbers
- Good communication skills
