Lead Recruiter (Contract, Poland) at GoFundMe

GoFundMe is seeking a Lead Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a contract position, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, focused on supporting hiring efforts in Poland. The Lead Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, particularly in customer support, risk, and strategy analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting for high volume roles in Poland.
• Partnering with hiring managers to build strong relationships.
• Meeting or exceeding hiring goals with urgency and quality.
• Leading successful hiring strategies in Poland.
• Collaborating with the talent acquisition team and external partners.
• Engaging passive candidates through sourcing techniques.
• Maintaining and tracking pipeline activity.
• Reporting on sourcing and screening metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• English language proficiency.
• Proven track record of recruiting for high volume roles in Poland.
• 1+ years of lead experience in recruiting.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to identify, engage, and close candidates.
• Innovative, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong project management and coaching skills.
• Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred), reporting tools, and sourcing tools.
