Job Description

Majority Mobile Banking is seeking a Team Leader in Atlanta to lead and motivate a team focused on serving the migrant community. The Team Leader will be responsible for building a strong, results-oriented team and fostering meaningful relationships within the community.

The role involves:

• Forming and motivating a high-performing team.
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Establishing relationships with the migrant community.
• Sharing data with the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Residency in Atlanta.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or operational management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Spanish, preferably also English.
