Brainlabs, a high-performance media agency, is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth in the UK. This role is a key member of the Marketing team and will be responsible for directing the UK Partnership marketing efforts and executing against the Global Marketing Strategy in the region. The Partner Marketing Manager will help drive growth in the region by ensuring the seeking, converting, and utilising partnership opportunities while aligning content creation and campaign management with the broader marketing strategy.Here's what the role involves:
- Building and fostering strong partnerships with platform partners like Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, Meta, Reddit, Snap, and Twitter.
- Creating and executing high-impact partner campaigns, including events, webinars, blog posts, case studies, and email initiatives.
- Leading partner marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring accountability to partners and outcomes.
- Seeking new partnership opportunities that benefit both Brainlabs and its partners.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, or related roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience delivering copywriting, email marketing, events, webinars, PR, social media, and sales enablement.
- Familiarity with GTM and analytics tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Looker.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing high-value relationships.
- The ability to set the right targets and track them using a data-driven mindset.
