Poka is seeking an experienced Account Manager to foster growth and strengthen relationships with its medium to enterprise clients. As part of a collaborative POD model, the Account Manager will work alongside Customer Success to deliver value and ensure long-term client success. This role is ideal for someone commercially astute, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about digital transformation in manufacturing.
What This Role Involves: - Owning and growing sales relationships with assigned accounts.
- Leading the sales process from need analysis to closing.
- Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and supporting renewals.
- Building compelling business cases aligned with customer priorities.
- Collaborating with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Services teams.
- Maintaining accurate forecasts and activity in Salesforce.
- Creating and delivering persuasive presentations and responding to client needs.
Requirements: - 5+ years in account management, customer success, or software implementation.
- SaaS experience (B2B, mid-to-enterprise preferred).
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or other languages are a bonus).
- Good change management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel (1 - 2 client visits per month).
