LearnUpon is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead and scale their global demand generation strategy. This hybrid role, based in Dublin, requires working 2-3 days per week from the office. The ideal candidate will drive marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue by targeting and converting the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through data-driven programs. The Senior Manager will lead the end-to-end demand engine, closely partnering with Sales and Business Development to optimize lead flow and conversion rates. They will also oversee Marketing Operations, ensuring the tools, data, and reporting infrastructure support scalable growth. This role involves managing a team of Demand Generation specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization.
- Owning the creation and execution of a global Demand Generation plan.
- Defining and optimizing digital channels.
