Incentives Specialist - Philippines at Palmetto Clean Technology

Palmetto, a company recognized for its growth and commitment to renewable energy, is seeking an Incentives Specialist for its Philippines branch. This role, within the Palmetto Capital division, focuses on democratizing the renewable energy and HVAC industries.

The Incentives Specialist will play a key role in preparing and submitting documents for incentive approvals, addressing issues affecting incentive payouts, and tracking the progress of applications. The individual will communicate with incentive administrators, installers, customers, and internal parties to resolve problems and advance submissions. The role also involves developing automated communications, evaluating and improving internal processes, and ensuring service level objectives are met.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and submitting documents for incentive approvals.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 2 years of experience in customer support or business processing, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Spanish speaker preference
