Asset Optimization Pipeline Specialist - Philippines at Palmetto Clean Technology

Palmetto is seeking an Asset Optimization Pipeline Specialist to be based in the Philippines. This role is crucial for Palmetto Finance, focusing on managing incomplete LightReach cohorts to PTO and driving SFR/BTR pipelines from NTP to System Activation. The specialist will need to identify pipeline blockers, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and resolve issues across engineering, utility, permitting, installation, and inspection.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Stranded Asset & BTR/SFR pipelines.
• Maintain knowledge of local requirements.
• Navigate systems and resolve project blockers.
• Evaluate blocker root causes and drive process improvements.
• Conduct AHJ research and registration.
• Onboard and manage internal teammates and 3rd party vendors.
• Submit necessary paperwork for projects.
• Maintain data fidelity within the CRM.
• Communicate and coordinate change orders.
• Resolve escalated customer issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in solar operations or a similar role.
• BS/BA Preferred.
• PMP or PMI certifications preferred.
• Experience with interdepartmental problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
