LLM Algorithm Engineer at NetEase Games

NetEase Games is seeking a highly skilled and motivated LLM Algorithm Engineer to join their team in Singapore. This role focuses on the algorithm research, application development, and deployment of large NLP models, contributing to NetEase's innovative gaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Algorithm research, application development, and deployment of large NLP models.
• Design and develop application architectures based on specific gaming + AI requirements.
• Working on application scenarios like text retrieval, text generation, generative Q&A, etc.
• Staying updated on cutting-edge LLM technologies, including RAG, CoT, reinforcement learning.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• Familiarity with LLM-related training and fine-tuning algorithms.
• Experience in LLM inference deployment, with a preference for candidates with deployment and optimization experience.
• Experience with algorithms such as CoT and reinforcement learning is preferred.
• Proficiency in deep learning tools like PyTorch and DeepSpeed, as well as Python programming and Linux development environments.
• Skilled in deployment frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI, with the ability to write efficient Dockerfiles and deploy applications quickly.
