Job Description
Karat is seeking a Principal Client Advisor to join their Sales Expansion team. This role focuses on maximizing the value and impact of Karat's solutions within significant enterprise partnerships. The Principal Client Advisor will work closely with engineering and recruiting leaders to drive transformational hiring outcomes through strategic consultation and data-driven insights.This role involves:
  • Serving as a strategic advisor for enterprise clients.
  • Leading strategic growth initiatives for high-value accounts.
  • Cultivating executive-level relationships.
  • Analyzing performance data and providing insights.
  • Developing and executing account strategies.
  • Acting as the client's voice within Karat.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to drive organizational change management.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 10+ years of enterprise customer success or strategic account management experience.
  • Startup experience (fast-paced, high-growth).
  • Proven track record managing complex relationships at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience driving upsell/expansion revenue in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong consulting background and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience managing large-scale technology implementations.
  • Expertise in building business cases and ROI analyses.
  • Understanding of technical recruiting and engineering operations.
  • Experience using modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, Sales Engagement Platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
