Senior Logistics Coordinator at Fictiv

Fictiv is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to support critical manufacturing functions in its Guangzhou, China office. The Senior Logistics Coordinator will work with manufacturing partners to deliver on builder's expectations. Fictiv is developing an operating system for sourcing custom mechanical parts, and this role plays a critical part in making that happen.Role involves:

• Logistics Freight Cost analysis
• Daily shipment arrangement
• Renewal of freight rate
• Shipping document filing
• Check the freight bills
• Assist in the work temporarily assigned by the department manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, good English reading and writing skills
• 8-10 years of working experience in shipping affairs in trading companies or factories
• Proficient in operating all kinds of office software, understanding systems such as SAP or ERP or Odoo etc, and being proficient in Excel formulas is preferred
• Understanding of different routes and ports, having customs code filing, customs manual, customs tax and other related knowledge is better
• Sensitive to data, strong logical thinking ability
• Outgoing and cheerful, passionate and energetic, possess good cross-functional communication skills
• Have teamwork spirit, be careful and meticulous in doing things, have a good working attitude and be responsible
