A-LIGN is seeking a Technical Test Support Engineer to support its penetration testing team. The role is vital to the operations, ensuring the team can complete projects on time. This role involves daily interaction with the project management group and penetration testers.
The Technical Test Support Engineer will:
- Manage SPIKE device deployment and provide implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Administer tools utilized by the penetration testing team.
- Interface with clients on deployment of vSPIKE and SPIKE devices, including troubleshooting.
- Manage infrastructure of the penetration testing team.
- Manage device deployment and updates as needed.
- Ensure access and coordinate for penetration testing tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, information security, computer science, or a relevant discipline preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud systems and infrastructure (AWS Preferred).
- Knowledge of remote connection technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automations is preferred.
- AWS certifications are highly preferred.
- CCSK is highly preferred.
- Network+ or equivalent experience is required.
- Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation.
