Workleap is seeking a Customer & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their Customer & Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the company's customer growth engine. They will create programs to convert trials into loyal users, increase product adoption, and cultivate advocates for Workleap solutions.
This is a hands-on position that requires close collaboration with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Managers (AMs), and the Product team to deliver personalized, multi-channel campaigns via email, Intercom, and in-product notifications.
