Workleap is seeking a Responsable Marketing Client et Cycle de Vie to join their Client and Lifecycle Marketing team. The role focuses on building and developing Workleap's customer growth engine. The Responsable Marketing Client et Cycle de Vie will create programs that transform trials into loyal users, increase usage and adoption, and inspire ambassadors who advocate for their success with Workleap solutions. This role involves close collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and the Product team to deliver personalized and multi-channel campaigns via email, Intercom, in-product notifications, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and launching lifecycle marketing campaigns for trial, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal phases.
- Implementing personalization and AI-based automation (e.g., Intercom chatbots, usage-based triggers) to deliver the right message at scale.
- Developing upsell and cross-sell workflows based on product signals like seat usage, participation, and manager engagement.
- Conducting A/B tests to optimize nurturing flows and track their contribution to the expansion pipeline.
- Creating and activating ambassador campaigns that turn satisfied customers into testimonials, referrals, and user-generated stories.
- Collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to align marketing efforts with QBRs, follow-ups, and renewal cycles.
- Working closely with Product and Growth teams to explore in-product messaging for contextual and timely communications.
- Partnering with RevOps and GTM teams to define audience segments, implement usage-based triggers, and track campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B lifecycle, growth, or customer marketing.
- A strong passion for using AI to develop your work and achieve impactful results.
- Experience launching automated nurturing campaigns (HubSpot, Intercom, CommonRoom).
- Good understanding of the customer journey and lifecycle segmentation.
- Confidence in using data to define audiences and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and iterative campaign improvement.
- Experience working closely with CSMs, AMs, and Product teams.
- Asset: experience with PLG or in-product messaging tools.
