LLM/ML Engineer at Aisera

Aisera is seeking a Junior LLM/ML Engineer to contribute to the company's AI and ML initiatives. The ideal candidate will have around two years of professional experience and a passion for AI/ML, with a focus on LLMs. This fully remote role involves working on cutting-edge AI solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML models and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient AI/ML algorithms and models.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and libraries.
• Write high-quality code using solid engineering principles.
• Evaluate quality, performance, and accuracy of AI/ML models through testing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of task outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies in AI/ML.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 months of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Good knowledge with GenAI and LLM models and architectures.
• Solid understanding of data science principles.
• Proficiency in Python development for AI/ML tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; PhD preferred
• Some experience with Search Engine and Information retrieval algorithms and techniques is preferred.
