Job Description

Northspyre is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business and educate prospective clients on the Northspyre platform. The Account Executive will build relationships with real estate professionals, demonstrating the potential ROI of Northspyre and converting them into clients. This role involves strategic leadership, collaboration with revenue owners, and implementing industry best practices to drive sales growth.

The Strategic Account Executive will work closely with the CEO, Head of Sales, and marketing team to keep Northspyre on the cutting edge of sales organization structure, processes, and best practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Educating and guiding real estate professionals on utilizing automation and data analytics
  • Acting as a strategic thought partner and consultant for client organizations
  • Owning and attaining a +$1M annual individual quota
  • Implementing and evolving industry best practice qualification, mid-funnel, and closing techniques

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of work experience in management consulting, B2B SaaS sales, or other client-facing analytical professional roles
  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields
  • Proven track record of earning $250K+/year in OTE
  • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
  • Strong persuasive speaking skills and persistence with follow-up
  • Ability to execute a thorough sales discovery as well as follow a consultative sales process
