Responsibilities Include:
- Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support in assistance to the Service Desk team.
- Escalating demands to other teams when necessary, ensuring efficient resolution of problems.
- Monitoring incident resolutions to ensure timely completion.
- Managing problems, including root cause analysis and implementing preventive solutions.
- Managing incident queues and in-person and remote service requests, ensuring agile and effective service.
- Managing accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring appropriate user access to resources.
- Providing technical support for hardware, including notebooks, desktops, and printers.
- Providing technical support for software, including VPN access, remote access, Antivirus Endpoint, and other software in the catalog.
- Supporting project initiatives, assisting with documentation and area flows.
- Participating in the adoption and implementation of new technologies and platforms, contributing to the continuous improvement of services
