Mortgage Advisor

Job Description

Koodoo is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a whole-of-market broker or with multiple lenders. The Mortgage Advisor will provide advice and guidance to clients on a range of mortgage products, ensuring they receive the best possible service and experience. This role involves process development and testing, working alongside the Mortgage Operations team to build an efficient process that delights customers and makes getting a mortgage seamless.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional service and conducting initial assessments of client's financial circumstances.
• Preparing and submitting mortgage applications on behalf of clients.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest mortgage products and market trends.
• Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
• Delivering high-quality communication via various channels.
• Looking to improve processes, customer experiences & product offerings.

Requirements:

• Fully CeMAP qualified with 2-3 years of experience in mortgage advice in the UK.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and lending criteria.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to innovative tools and processes.
