Urban Sports Club is seeking a proactive and dedicated sales talent to join their B2B sales team as a Corporate Account Executive. This role is based in either Berlin or Cologne. The Corporate Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients interested in the company's digital products and services.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate salesperson who can identify client needs, build trust, and develop appropriate solutions to convince companies of the value of Urban Sports Club's offerings.

Role Involves:

  • Creating customized proposals for B2B customers.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Negotiating contracts.
  • Optimizing the sales process.
  • Attending industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in sales of digital products and services, preferably in B2B.
  • Confident communication skills in German (min. C1 level).
  • Proficiency in English to communicate with international colleagues.
  • High customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing complex sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
  • Passion for sports, fitness, and technology.
