Chef d'équipe logistique H/F

JD Sports is seeking a motivated Chef d'équipe logistique to join their team. This role is within the order preparation and shipping department, reporting to the Warehouse Manager for store preparation. The Chef d'équipe will lead a team of 20 to 50 employees, driving them to achieve established quantitative and qualitative goals. They will ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with current safety regulations, promoting safety for themselves and their colleagues.

Role Involves:

• Supervising a team to achieve daily targets for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Updating dashboards and production tracking sheets.
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing support to new team members through onboarding, integration, and training.
• Managing preparations and shipments within the required timeframes.
• Collaborating with various departments, such as HR and receiving, to resolve issues.
• Actively participating in daily tasks, including order preparation, cleaning, and managing order consolidation and picking processes.
• Managing shipment within the required timeframes.
• Managing manifests and resolving shipping-related issues, and participating in packing processes.
