Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Team Leader for logistics. The individual will be responsible for animating a team of 20 to 50 collaborators, motivating them to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role is within the order preparation and shipping department, reporting to the Warehouse Manager for store preparation.

Role Involves:

• Supervising the team to meet daily safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Updating dashboards and production tracking.
• Monitoring employee productivity.
• Training new employees on procedures.
• Managing order preparations and shipments within specified timeframes.
• Collaborating with other departments.
• Analyzing and managing work processes.
• Participating in daily tasks such as order management and cleaning.
