Profit and asset protection manager supply chain H/F

Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Profit and Asset Protection Manager to protect logistics-related assets, including personnel, locations, inventory, and costs. The role ensures compliance with Profit Protection procedures, analyzes losses, assists with security and supply chain risks, and develops new loss prevention methods.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Ensuring compliance with Profit Protection procedures through operational training.
• Preparing and conducting inventory counts, attending inventories to support logistics managers.
• Analyzing and reporting losses, implementing preventive and corrective measures.
• Assisting with security and supply chain risks.
• Participating in the implementation of new distribution centers.
• Developing new methods of loss prevention.
• Investigating suspected incidents of internal dishonesty.
• Ensuring proper administration related to profit protection.
• Dealing with incidents of workplace violence.
• Supporting the installation of CCTV systems.
• Ensuring maintenance and use of safety equipment.
• Performing audits of distribution centers and external service providers.

Requirements:

• Managerial experience in logistics or security.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Fluent written and oral English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Leadership and ability to unite teams.
• Good analytical skills.
• Organized, efficient, and synthetic.
• Ability to coordinate projects, identify priorities, and anticipate risks.
