Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a HR Business Partner to participate in the operational deployment of the HR strategy in the Grand Sud region of France. The HR Business Partner will coordinate exchanges between various internal partners such as the Retail Direction, support departments, and stores.

Role Involves:

  • Collecting and producing monthly HR activity reports for France.
  • Providing daily advice and answering HR questions from store managers and departments.
  • Leading training sessions on labor law.
  • Managing monthly personnel movements e.g. probationary periods.
  • Conducting HR audits in stores to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Leading disciplinary interviews and providing information to the Legal Department.
  • Participating in and monitoring HR development projects.
  • Managing the JD University campaign in their region.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in human resources.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mastery of labor law regulations.
  • Knowledge of local employment structures.
  • Ability to adapt to different environments.
  • Autonomy, versatility, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly nationally.
