Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a HR Business Partner to participate in the operational deployment of the HR strategy in a regional area of stores. The HR Business Partner coordinates exchanges between various internal partners such as the Retail Direction, support departments, stores, etc.

Role Involves:

  • Collecting and producing a monthly report of HR activity in France.
  • Providing daily advice and answers to HR questions from store managers and departments.
  • Leading training in labor law.
  • Collecting monthly staff movements.
  • Ensuring that launch and end-of-trial interviews are conducted on time.
  • Conducting HR Audits on stores.
  • Conducting disciplinary interviews.
  • Participating and following up on HR development projects.
  • Piloting the JD University campaign in its region.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in human resources.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor law rules.
  • Knowledge of local employment structures.
  • Ability to adapt to different environments and different levels of interlocutors.
  • Autonomous, versatile, and organized.
  • Willingness to travel regularly nationally.
