Job Description
JD Sports is seeking an Assistant accueil to join their team. This role is a temporary position (CDD) from April 7, 2025, to April 11, 2025 and is open to student profiles.He/She will be responsible for:
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Receiving and processing mail
  • Maintaining the reception area
  • Administrative and general management tasks
  • Booking hotel rooms, transportation tickets, etc. for employee travel
  • Managing orders for cleaning products
  • Managing and ordering office supplies
  • Managing orders for buffets/meals
  • Processing requests from stores
  • Creating access badges for employees
Requirements include:
  • BAC / BAC +2 in administration
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm and a customer service mindset
