Job Description
JD Sports is seeking a Junior HRIS Project Manager to join their HR team in France. The role is within the Human Resources Department, reporting to the HRIS Manager, and working closely with various HR and IT stakeholders. The candidate will assist in maintaining the operational condition of HRIS tools and support teams in adopting and mastering new tools. They will work on the company's HR processes as a whole.
The role involves:
- Managing the entire application run.
- Handling, analyzing, and processing user requests.
- Producing functional and legal HR reports (social report, gender equality index).
- Implementing new features on existing tools: gathering and analyzing business needs, translating them via the drafting of functional specifications, then testing, validating the solutions chosen and implementing them.
- Preparing and facilitating follow-up committees with service providers on existing tools.
- Identifying, proposing, and implementing improvement measures to optimize current processes.
- Drafting, updating, and distributing reference documentation for managed applications.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- First experience in HRIS or participation in the implementation of an HR project.
- Autonomous, motivated, with good interpersonal skills, a sense of service, and a team spirit.
- Good level in Excel.
- Demonstrates rigor and relevance in analyses.
