JD Sports is seeking a motivated Instructional Engineering Intern to join their dynamic team in Paris. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with the training team in designing, developing, and optimizing educational tools. The intern will be supervised by the Instructional Engineering Manager and will actively participate in creating engaging and interactive educational content.Role responsibilities include:

• Participating in the creation of educational content
• Assisting in the design and development of training modules
• Using tools like Adobe, Articulate, and Genially to create engaging and interactive content
• Adapting training materials based on identified educational needs
• Assisting the Instructional Engineering Manager in implementing educational projects
• Participating in the research and implementation of new educational methods
• Collecting and analyzing participant feedback to improve training content and methods

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in instructional engineering, education, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Articulate, and Genially
• Good understanding of instructional design principles and online learning methods
• Fluency in English
• Creativity and innovation in designing educational content
• Visual and graphic sensitivity
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
• Positive and dynamic attitude
