Job Description
JD Sports is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their works and maintenance team. This role is a temporary replacement position for a sick leave.
The Assistant will serve as the interface between stores and external service providers, ensuring the general upkeep of the store network for all brands.
Responsibilities:
- Receive intervention requests from stores via phone or email.
- Liaise with service providers and monitor maintenance activities.
- Control and track invoices following services performed in stores.
- Develop partnerships with specialized service providers and suppliers.
- Provide weekly reports on the service's activity.
- Monitor the annual budget in collaboration with experienced assistants.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge and understanding of the retail sector.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Autonomous and versatile.
- Attentive, available, and responsive.
- Organized and efficient.
- Capable of communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
