Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their works and maintenance team. This role is a temporary replacement position for a sick leave.

The Assistant will serve as the interface between stores and external service providers, ensuring the general upkeep of the store network for all brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive intervention requests from stores via phone or email.
  • Liaise with service providers and monitor maintenance activities.
  • Control and track invoices following services performed in stores.
  • Develop partnerships with specialized service providers and suppliers.
  • Provide weekly reports on the service's activity.
  • Monitor the annual budget in collaboration with experienced assistants.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of the retail sector.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Autonomous and versatile.
  • Attentive, available, and responsive.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Capable of communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
