JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Floor Manager to join their team in Paris. The company has 3,400 stores in 38 countries. They are expanding in France, with over 130 stores and plans for 15 openings per year. JD Sports values teamwork, fun, passion and investment in its employees.

The Alternant Floor Manager will manage a department within the store, focusing on team leadership, profitability, and overall store presentation. He will have responsibilities in human resources as well.

Role Involves:

• Leading a team of salespeople and supervisors.
• Improving department profitability by analysing performance indicators.
• Managing store openings and closings.
• Handling HR tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, and training.
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-presented.

Requirements:

• BAC+3 in management in commerce.
• Leadership skills.
• Exemplary sales skills and ability to train others.
