Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Floor Manager to join their team in Marseille. This individual will play a role in managing a department within the store, leading a team of sales associates and supervisors, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The Alternant Floor Manager helps improves the profitability of their department by analyzing performance indicators and communicating them to the team. They also contribute to HR tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, and training of new employees.

Role Involves:

• Leading a team of sales associates and supervisors
• Analyzing performance indicators (sales, transaction time, etc.)
• Managing store openings and closings
• Handling deliveries and team briefings
• Creating staff schedules
• Recruiting and integrating new team members
• Ensuring the presentation of the sales floor follows merchandising guidelines

Requirements:

• BAC+3 in management or commerce
• Leadership skills
• Sales experience
• Interpersonal skills
• Retail experience
