This role involves managing a department within the store, focusing on team leadership, sales performance, and operational tasks.He/she Will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team of sales associates and supervisors.
• Analyzing and improving department profitability using key performance indicators.
• Handling store opening and closing procedures.
• Assisting with HR tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, and training.
