Alternant Floor manager H/F

Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Floor Manager to join their team in Lille. The role involves managing a department within the store, leading a team of sales associates, and improving department profitability. The Alternant Floor Manager will focus on ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of sales associates and supervisors.
• Analyzing performance indicators and communicating them to the team.
• Performing store openings and/or closings.
• Managing deliveries, briefing and debriefing teams, and planning breaks.
• Handling HR tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, and training.
• Ensuring the overall presentation of the sales area.

Requirements:

• BAC+3 in management or commerce.
• Leadership skills with the ability to unite a team.
• Exemplary sales skills and a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Versatility and a passion for human relations.
