The Alternant Floor Manager is responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. He/She will be tasked with operational management, HR tasks and sales floor management.

• Leading and motivating a team of sales associates and supervisors
• Analyzing performance indicators (sales, TT, IV, PM, etc.)
• Managing store opening and closing procedures
• Handling deliveries, team briefings, and daily break schedules
• Assisting with HR tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding
• Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met

• A degree in management, specializing in sales (BAC+3)
• Leadership skills with the ability to unite a team towards a common goal
