Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Alternant Floor Manager to join their team in Caen, France. JD Sports is a leading sports fashion retailer with a strong presence in Europe and globally.

The Alternant Floor Manager will be responsible for managing a department within the store, leading a team of sales associates and supervisors, and ensuring the profitability of their department. They will also be involved in tasks such as opening and closing the store, managing deliveries, and assisting in HR functions.

The role involves:

• Leading and managing a team of sales associates and supervisors
• Improving department profitability by analyzing performance indicators
• Performing store opening and closing procedures
• Assisting with HR tasks such as scheduling and recruitment
• Ensuring the overall presentation of the sales floor meets company standards

Requirements:

• BAC+3 in management in commerce
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent sales skills and the ability to train others
• Versatility and a passion for human relations
