JD Sports, a leading sports fashion retailer with over 3,400 stores across 38 countries, is seeking an Alternant Floor Manager to join their team in Metz, France. With over 130 stores in France and plans for further expansion, JD Sports offers a dynamic and growth-oriented environment for its employees.

The Alternant Floor Manager will be responsible for managing a department within the store, leading a team of salespeople and supervisors, and improving the profitability of their department. They will be involved in various tasks, including opening and closing the store, managing deliveries, and ensuring the overall presentation of the sales area. The role also involves HR responsibilities such as creating schedules, recruiting, and training new team members.
