The Alternant Floor Manager will manage a department within the store, focusing on team leadership, profitability, and store operations.

Role Involves:

• Leading and managing a team of salespersons and supervisors.
• Improving department profitability through performance indicator analysis.
• Performing store opening and closing duties.
• Handling HR tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, and training.
• Ensuring the sales area is well-presented.
