The role involves managing and leading a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance within a specific department (footwear, textile, stock, or cashier). The employee will analyze sales data, manage deliveries, and ensure the proper presentation of the department.

Role involves:

• Managing and animating a department
• Managing a team of versatile salespeople
• Improving the profitability of the department
• Accompanying and delegating missions to the team
• Analyzing and communicating commercial indicators
• Managing deliveries and team briefings
• Ensuring the general presentation of the department

Requirements:

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in management in commerce
• Leadership skills and ability to unite a team
• Exemplary sales skills and passion for knowledge transfer
• Versatility and passion for human relations
